Vintage inspired looks without the work. And the smell. (Said with love.)

No really, I mean it. My sentiments come from a place of love. Anyone who knows me well knows I love to shop for vintage home decor, art and furniture. And by “shop” I mean obsessively frequent any thrift store, yard sale, flea market and dumpster in a 20 mile radius of my home squandering the precious child free time I have (that I should be using to revive my career, cook dinner, exercise…) But I digress. I am not much of a vintage clothing connoisseur, however I love the childhood/teen nostalgia it evokes. So thank goodness designers continue to churn out vintage inspired pieces season after season. Basically if it’s got a slight preppy vibe, 70’s or 80’s vibe (completely different from one another but equally as delightful in my opinion.) or beach vibe, I LOVE IT. Final note, the Dsquared2 paint splatter jeans in this collage are great looking. Unfortunately they also cost an astounding $500+. I am in no way suggesting you buy them. You can totally DIY with the jeans of your choice or for all you lazy bitches out there who don’t DIY anything, take a gander at these super cute Madewell ones. I couldn’t feature them in the collage due to tech issues that are WAY too boring to go into here.
